I'm Mr Thurette, the English teacher from France. As you may know, we've planned to change the background of the blog. In the following posts you will discover my selection of images found but the French pupils.
Then you'll have to vote for your favourite background.

Hi from FRANCE!!!

Hi! We’re a group of French pupils composed of 21 students (14 girls and 7 boys) aged 14 to 16, coming from 3 different classes of 2^nde.

Six pupils are from 2nde2, eight from 2nde3, and seven from 2nde5.

The class of 2nde is the first year in high school.

Apart from usual subjects (mathematics, history, literature…), we study social and economic sciences, laboratory sciences, health and social sciences.

We also study English and Spanish.

We have three English classes a week with our teacher M. Thurette and one class every two weeks with Rebecca, our Irish assistant from Belfast.

INSTITUT LES PLANES AND LYCÉE JULES MOUSSERON, TOGETHER IN A COMENIUS PROJECT

We are two secondary schools from Europe (Spain and France) who are developing a Comenius Project.

The project is a bilateral one and it is entitled: "The Crown of Aragon and the United Provinces: From Gothic to Renaissance".

Students from both secondary schools have been working on different subjects and they have also been exchanging writings in English, Spanish and French for a year.

This academic year 2010-2011 we have decided on sharing a blog in English, so two different classes (3rd ESO B and la deuxième A) get to know each other!
